About

Kim Martinez-Gray & her team

Together, we built this team — who we are and what we’re building, in Gwinnett County and beyond.

Kim Martinez-Gray is an Associate Broker with HomeSmart, licensed in Georgia, and the founder and team leader of Georgia NOLA Realty Group. She’s also a certified paralegal, a licensed real estate pre-license instructor, Director of Education at Real Estate Resources Academy (RERA) — which she co-owns with her husband, Fred Gray — and CEO of Real Estate Business Solutions.

Fred Gray, a 23-year U.S. military veteran who served in both the Navy and the Coast Guard before retiring from the USCG and earning a degree in Information Technology, serves as the team’s Investor Specialist, handling acquisitions, dispositions, and co-op deal structuring for investor clients across metro Atlanta. Fred is also trained through the American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) program, giving him a sharp eye for property condition on every deal he touches. As Military Relocation Professionals, Kim and Fred are proud to help military families navigate relocations across Georgia.

Together, Kim and Fred built Georgia NOLA Realty Group as a team under HomeSmart, covering residential and commercial sales plus rentals across Gwinnett County and the surrounding counties — giving agents HomeSmart’s tools and training, Kim’s hands-on coaching, and a shared standard for client service.
